   Minutes: Human Resources staff reviewed the following topics regarding their reorganization plan: Keys to Success; Support of Academic Business Plan; Customer Driven Organization; 2007 Action Plan; Planning Process Overview; Planning Process - Internal HR SWOT; Planning Process - Mission, Goals and Top Priorities; Initial Research - The Teaching Commission; HR Action Plan FY 2007; and HR Advisory Council.
   
   Board Members discussed: recruitment/retention; performance-based culture; leadership development; online teacher application; targeting recruitment efforts; reviewing SAT scores on potential teaching applicants; Urban Perceiver; Professional Standards; succession planning; evaluating policies; recruiting locally in South Florida; marketing campaign; and call centers.
